The platform provides software tools to create product pages, generate marketing content, and analyze page performance through an online dashboard.
Sellcod does not sell physical products and does not handle users' transactions, logistics, or deliveries.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the activity carried out on your account.

You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
The following are prohibited in particular:
Sellcod reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of abusive or illegal use.
Users retain all rights to the content they publish on the platform.
You grant Sellcod a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content only as part of the normal operation of the service.
The service is provided "as is."
Sellcod makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but does not guarantee the total absence of interruptions, errors, or data loss.
To the extent permitted by law, Sellcod's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
Sellcod features are available through various monthly subscriptions presented on the Pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time from the user account.
Access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Users may terminate their subscription at any time.
Sellcod reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms or a risk to platform security.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site.
The applicable law and competent jurisdiction are determined according to the location of the user and that of Sellcod LLC.
