Sellcod is a SaaS platform that provides software tools for e-commerce entrepreneurs.

Subscriptions grant access to the platform features based on the plan selected by the user.

2. Free trial

Some plans may include a free trial period allowing users to test the platform features.

No billing is applied during the free trial period.

At the end of that period, the subscription may be activated by the user to continue using the services.

3. Payments and billing

Sellcod subscriptions are billed monthly according to the selected plan.

Payment grants access to the platform features for the corresponding billing period.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the service, payments made for Sellcod subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

However, Sellcod may review certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis when deemed appropriate.

5. Subscription cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account.

When the subscription is canceled, access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.

No further billing will occur after cancellation.
